In my decade of practical experience, I’ve learned the best therapeutic gains result when a person is ready for change and finds the right therapist.

It’s my job to make therapy meaningful and doable because therapy is not easy. It’s not always rainbows and butterflies. There will difficult changes and there will be tears. However, when you find the right therapeutic support, the work you do in therapy will continue to grow long after the therapy ends.

I specialize in anxiety treatment for adolescents, young adults, professionals and new(er) Moms. This is a time when you are supposed to “have it all.” However, if you experience life-long constant worry or feel overwhelmed by recent life events, you may sometimes feel like you are losing it all.

I customize my person-centered treatment approach based on your unique experience and pull in interventions from different treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, and even some psychodynamic interventions. This means I tweak my approach based on you, your health supports, and what works -or doesn’t work- for you in the real world.

If you think, Therapy won’t work for my anxiety, or I should be able to power through this worry, give me a call. Together we can make manageable changes to reduce and resolve your unhealthy anxiety.

The character of our lives is defined by how we respond to our circumstances; I firmly believe that there is a silver lining in even the darkest clouds. Everyone will face periods of adversity accompanied by feelings of anxiety, uncertainty, anger, loneliness and other difficult emotions. These periods offer us the opportunity to grow and become the best versions of ourselves, it is my goal to facilitate my clients progress and growth as individuals.

My counseling style is open and collaborative. I want to establish a rapport with my clients. I am an Adlerian by training but utilize an integrative approach to better suit the needs of my client. I am non-judgmental but will challenge you to help with your growth and resiliency.
